Serwer Counter-Strike 1.6 i błędy przy uruchomieniu

Udało mi się uruchomić serwer, amxy, wtyczki ale mimo wszystko dalej mnie coś gryzie.
Startuje serwer, tak:
./hlds_run -autoupdate -game cstrike +maxplayers 18 +exec server.cfg +map de_dust
Otrzymuję coś takiego:
wojtek@ufo:~/hlds_l$ ./hlds_run -autoupdate -game cstrike +maxplayers 18 +exec server.cfg +map de_dust

Jestem niemalże pewny na sto procent, że coś tutaj jest nie tak. Prosiłbym o wyszczególnienie, ewentualnie o pomoc co do naprawy błędów.
