jak uruchomić oss zamiast alsy pod KDE

Witam.
Zawsze miałem dźwięk działający, ale z Alsą. Teraz chciałem sobie zainstalować OSS4, bo ponoć lepszy i dobrze działa z wielu źródeł, jak również w miarę dobrze radzi sobie z dźwiękiem 5.1.
Może zacznę od tego, że jak robię:

Wczoraj na próbę zainstalowałem alsę i grało. Potem usunąłem i próbuję uruchomić oss.

Ale ossmix to nie ma graficznego interfejsu jak to się robiło w Alsie (alsamixer, a potem alsactl store). Chyba że naprawdę coś przeoczyłem. Mam to robić coś podobnego do:
# ossmix jack.pink.pcm3 ON Value of mixer control jack.pink.pcm3 set to 1.0:0.0
Edycja: Poczekaj, bo przeczytałem ossmix, zamiast ossxmix.
[ Dodano: 2009-07-17, 20:53 ] Wlaczylem tego ossxmix'a widze ze paseczki kolorowe lataja, ale dzwieku dalej brak. Zadna z opcji nie jest zamutowana. Teraz juz zglupialem.
