Próbowałem zmienic rozszerzenie na tar, ale to nie pomogło....Jaką komende muszę użyc zeby rozpakowac paczkę z roszerzeniem zip (a moze nie da rady?)

*.zip to plik spakowany zipem. Możesz go rozpakować np. programem unzip. Jeśli nie masz, możesz go zainstalować np. APTem. Nie ma 100% pewności, że program skompilowany na fedorę będzie chodził na debianie, ale do przerobienia paczki fedory (czyli *.rpm) na debiana służy program alien. Można spróbować. Warto jeszcze zainstalować checkinstall, by do zaintalowania *.deb użyć tego programu zamiast dpkg. Wówczas apt "zobaczy", że masz to w systemie i w sumie łatwiej będzie usunąć jeśli coś Ci nie będzie odpowiadać.
