Błąd przy instalacji linux-image 2.6-686

Witam,
próbowałem zainstalować Debiana Etch na moim laptopie ale w trybie AHCI nie chciał wykryć dysku ani cdromu. ÂŚciągnąłem Debiana testing i wykrył mi już cdrom i dysk ale pojawił się problem podczas instalacji systemu podstawowego. Zatrzymuje się na

Spróbuj najnowsze jajo.
W czasie instalacji zmień priorytet debconfa na najwyższy, wtedy będziesz mógł wybrać sobie daną wersję jaja. Wybierz najnowszą możliwą - chyb teraz jest to 2.6.26-1.686. Powinno pomóc.
