USB-Serial Adapter

Witam,

Musze uruchomic przejsciowke USB-Serial Adapter. Jest to przejsciowka z portu USB na 3 porty szeregowe, producent Alcor Micro.

lsusb daje mi cos takiego:

drivers/usb/class/cdc-acm.c: v0.25:USB Abstract Control Model driver for USB modems and ISDN adapters Czyli - niby rozpoznal co to jest, ale jednak nie dziala. Niech mnie ktos poprawi jezeli sie myle, ale chyba powinienem miec urzadzenie /dev/ttyACM0-2
No i co to jest ttyUSB0-2 ? Co to za "converter". To chyba nie jest to, bo:
setserial /dev/ttyUSB0
Cannot get serial info: Invalid argument Podpowie ktos co moze tu byc nie tak? Kernel 2.6.24-1, na 2.6.22 bylo identycznie.

Hm zainstalowalem CuteCom, podalem mu /dev/ttyUSB0 i dziala. Czyli to co mnie interesuje to dziala.

Zagadka pozostaje dlaczego setserial pluje sie ze cos nie tak. Probowalem tez rzeczy w stylu kermit i tez nic.
